摘    要:在分析HVDC晶闸管最大故障电流与结温关系的基础上,建立瞬态热阻抗模型,提出了一种计算晶闸管温升的优化算法,并进行了仿真计算。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the relationship between maximum fault current and junction temperature of HVDC thyristor, atransient thermal impedance is built, an optimum arithmetic of thyristor's temperature rising calculation is proposed, and computer simulationis carried out.
