| 摘 要： | 研究物资装备运输的内外部环境条件,对于减少物资装备的损失,提高运输质量与效能,具有十分重要的现实意义。对国内外、军内外相关研究情况进行了概括总结,依据现有研究成果,对气象、机械、生物、化学环境条件对物资装备运输的影响,以及公路、水路和航空货物运输环境条件要求进行了综合分析,对开展相关研究具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | To study the internal and external environmental conditions of the transportation of materials equipments is of great practical importance to reducing the loss of materials and equipments,and to improving transportation quality and effects.The present situation of the interrelated national and international,and military and civilian studies is outlined and summed up in the paper,upon the the present research results of which the effects of weather,mechanical,biological,and chemical environments and conditions on the transportation of materials and equipments,and the requirements of cargo transportation for highway,waterway and aviation transportation environment and conditions are comprehensively analyzed.It is of certain referential importance for carrying out interrelated research. |
