摘    要:南昌生米大桥在国内首次采用大型门式膺架进行整体吊装法架设拱肋,两侧的拱肋都合龙后再安装风撑,因此拱肋在架设期间考虑侧向风荷载时的静力性能和稳定性是十分值得分析的。利用大型有限元程序ANSYS,对拱肋架设中的最不利施工状态进行静力分析和稳定性分析,给出最不利施工状态下拱肋的最大位移值和稳定安全系数及相应的失稳模态,讨论竖向吊索的根数和固定方式对结构变形和稳定性的影响,得出的有益的结论,可为类似的工程问题提供参考。

Abstract:The arch ribs of the Shengmi Bridge in Nanchang are erected for the first time in China by integral lifting method with giant gantry. According to the design, the wind bracings on the arch ribs will not be installed until the ribs on both sides are closed. It is thus quite necessary to analyze the static performance and stability of the arch ribs being erected when lateral wind load effect is considered. In this paper, the large-scale FEM program ANSYS is used to conduct the static and stability analysis of the arch ribs being erected under the most unfavorable construction cases. The largest displacement values, stability safety coefficients and corresponding instability modes of the arch ribs under the most unfavorable construction cases are given, while the influences of the numbers and fixing means of vertical hangers on the deformation and stability of the structure are discussed as well. Some helpful conclusions generalized from the analysis and study herewith provide references for resolving engineering problems of similar kinds.
