摘    要:针对1.6 m3螺杆空压机的理论计算、结构设计、试验验证等方面介绍城轨车用螺杆空压机主机的研制情况。该型主机选用了针对城轨车工况用专门研发具有自主知识产权的南口型线,试验证明该款主机的效率接近国际同类产品的水平。

Abstract:This paper introduces the development of the screw air compressor mainframe for the urban rail vehicles based on the theory calculation,structure design and experiment validation of the 1.6m3 screw air compressor.The Nankou profile is selected,which is specifically empoldered having independent intellectual property aimed to the working conditions of the city trains.The results of the experiment show that the efficiency of this mainframe is close to that of the international same production.
