The transfer function-noise models used in analysis of traffic incident influencing |

| Abstract: | The basic form of the transfer function noise model and methods for its identifying,estimating and testing are discussed in detail in this paper.Moreover,the model is applied in analyzing influence of traffic volume change caused by traffic incidents in highway tunnel. |
