| 摘 要： | 新经济时代，物流信息化建设对提高企业的经济效益和竞争力起着越来越重要的作用，而物流信息系统开发模式是企业信息化要解决的首要问题，本文结合某企业的具体情况，利用层次分析法的基本原理，以示例的形式，为物流信息系统开发的四种模式的选择，提出了一种实用的决策方法。
