摘    要:由于纯电动汽车动力蓄电池储能有限,所以,燃料电池以高效率、无污染、高可靠性的特点成为电动汽车增程器的研究热点。文章以市场上某款纯电动汽车为研究对象,将甲醇燃料电池增程器布置在车辆前舱内,对不同车速下燃料电池增程器三维模型的温度场分布进行仿真。仿真结果表明:车辆静止时,甲醇燃料电池以额定功率工作会影响前舱部件正常工作,当车辆以超过30 km/h的速度行驶,可以忽略燃料电池增程器对前舱部件的影响。试验结果验证了仿真结果的准确性,对于实车燃料电池增程器的布置和控制策略的制定具有一定的参考价值。

Layout Analysis of Range Extender for Methanol Fuel Cell Based on Thermal Management

Abstract:Due to the limitations of pure electric vehicle power storage batteries,fuel cells have become a research hotspot for electric vehicle range extenders with their high efficiency,pollution-free,and high reliability.This paper takes a pure electric vehicle on the market as the research object,arranges the methanol fuel cell range extender in the front compartment of the vehicle,and simulates the temperature distribution of the three-dimensional model of the fuel cell range extender at different vehicle speeds.The simulation results show that when the vehicle is stationary,the methanol fuel cell working at the rated power will affect the normal operation of the front compartment components;when the vehicle is driving at a speed of more than 30 km/h,the influence of the fuel cell range extender on the front compartment components can be ignored.The test results verify the reliability of the simulation results.It has certain reference value for the layout of the fuel cell range extender of the actual vehicle and the formulation of the control strategy.
