| 摘 要： | 根据车身整体往复杆生产线车体转运机构工作原理、技术要求和结构设计,针对现有车体转运机构的弊端,开发更稳定、高效、简洁和便于维护的车体转运机构.采用车体两侧同步举升和伺服电机输送方式,应用直线导轨滑移,使新机构更精确,更便于控制,提高运行效率和降低故障率,减少运行成本.

| Abstract: | According to the working principle,technical requirements and structural design of the car body transfer mechanism of the whole body reciprocating rod production line,aiming at the disadvantages of the existing car body transfer mechanism,a more stable,effi cient,concise and easy to maintain car body transfer mechanism is developed.The synchronous lifting on both sides of the car body and the conveying method of servo motor are adopted,and the sliding of linear guide rail is used to make the new mechanism more accurate and easier to control,improve operating effi ciency and reduce failure rate,and reduce operating costs. |
