智能制造车门检测设备的设计开发

摘    要:基于汽车智能制造生产线,在车辆下线调试中,时常出现的车门相关电器问题,排查分析结果是车门零部件的缺陷、漏装、装配错误等问题,然后再进行车门返修;对于这样的问题既浪费大量时间又浪费大量人力,最后还导致车辆交付延期,影响试验。本文主要阐述采用人机互动的方式,实现单独车门上的电器系统的智能自动化检测,其主要应用操作过程是,将检测设备和被检测车门连接好,启动检测设备开始检测,电阻值测量类设备自动测量,如玻璃升降功能检测,设备在发出诊断信令后,提示检测人员操作玻璃升降器的上升或下降开关,操作员执行玻璃升降操作后并观察实际执行情况,这时检测设备询问玻璃升降器是否执行成功,操作员反馈实际结果后,就可以开始其他功能检测,以此类推去执行完成整个车门的其他电器功能检测。该方案采用的是基于检测电脑外加CAN总线、程控电源、程控万用表,再通过对检测电脑进行软件编程,以实现对车门的扬声器、后视镜、玻璃升降器、车门开关背光的自动化检测,并输出检测报告。此方案的优点在于人机互动、自动化高、检测的系统性完整、效率高。

Design and Development of Intelligent Manufacturing Vehicle Door Inspection Equipment

Abstract:Based on the automobile intelligent manufacturing production line,in the vehicle off-line debugging,the door-related electrical problems often appear,the results of the investigation and analysis are the defects of the door parts,missing installation,assembly errors,etc.,and then the door is repaired.The problem not only wastes a lot of time but also a lot of manpower,and fi nally leads to delays in vehicle delivery,which aff ects the test.This article mainly describes the use of human-computer interaction to realize intelligent automatic detection of electrical systems on separate doors.The main application and operation process is to connect the door detection equipment to the detected vehicle door,start the detection equipment to start the detection,and the resistance measurement,and equipment automatic measurement,such as glass lift function detection.After the device sends out diagnostic signaling,it prompts the inspector to operate the glass lifter's up or down switch.After the operator performs the glass lift operation and observes the actual execution,the detection device asks the glass lifter after the operator feedbacks,and the actual result.The operator can start other function tests etc.to perform other electrical function tests of the entire door.The solution is based on the detection computer plus CAN bus,program-controlled power supply,and program-controlled multimeter,and then through the software programming of the detection computer,to realize the automatic detection of the door speaker,rearview mirror,glass lifter,and door switch backlight.The advantages of this solution are human-computer interaction,high automation,complete detection system,and high effi ciency.
