| 摘 要： | 搞好合理、科学的规划固然重要,但如何落实规划、实施规划则是重中之重.目前,各级政府部门要加大力度,提高意识,加深公路建设步伐,制定切实可行的政策与措施,以保证公路网发展建设规划目标的实施顺利实现.
