汽车起重机连通式油气悬挂系统仿真分析

摘    要:在国内,大吨位汽车起重机的油气悬挂系统大多依赖国外技术,关键控制元件也都依靠进口,为掌握油气悬挂的刚度和阻尼特性,对油气悬挂系统的结构原理和参数性能的影响等需要进行深入分析。本文通过对某汽车起重机连通式油气悬挂进行仿真分析,得出各主要结构和设计参数对悬挂系统性能的影响规律,为油气悬挂系统的改进和设计开发提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In China,most of the hydro-pneumatic suspension systems of large-tonnage truck cranes rely on foreign technology,and the key control components are also imported.In order to understand the stiffness and damping characteristics of the hydra-pneumatic suspension,it is necessary to deepen the influence of the structure principle and parameter performance of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system analysis.Through the simulation analysis of the connected hydra-pneumatic suspension of a certain truck crane,the influence factor of the main structure and design parameters on the performance of the suspension system is obtained,which provides a reference for the improvement and design and development of the hydropneumatic suspension system.
