摘    要:本文作者分析了通常心脏起搏电极所定位的右心室尖部的腔内心电图以及它的T波和QRS波群的频谱,同时还运用频谱分析的方法对目前国内外常用的心脏起搏器灵敏度测试波和两种起搏电极的带负载能力进行了研究。其分析结果表明,腔内心电图的频谱分布在70Hz以内,其中T波分布在低频部分,QRS波群分布在高频部分。根据这个结论,QRS波群感知电路的感知频带应该设置在8~45Hz。文章最后还讨论了常用的几种心脏起搏器灵敏度测试波的优缺点以及两种起搏电极的带负载能力。

Abstract:The spectrums of intracardiac electrograms, QRS complex wave and T wave which were picked up at the position where pacing electrode is to be located in the endocardia were investigated. Simultaneously, a variety of pacemaker sensitivity testing waves and the load capacities of two kinds of pacing electrode were analysised by a spectral analysis method. The results show that the sp(?)ctral distributions of intracardiac electrograms are below 70Hz, the T waves have lower spectral distributions and the QRS complexs have higher ones, indicating that the frequency band of the QRS wave detection circuit should be 8-45 Hz. The advantages and shortcomings of conventional pacemaker sensitivity testing waves and the load capacities of the pacing electrodes are discussed.
