| 摘 要： | 目前，我国高职院校基本上均以“90后”大学生为主体，他们是伴随着我国快速发展并拥有优越物质条件的优先体验者。他们具备了浓厚的时代特性和社会特质，我国各大高职院校现有的学生管理模式和方法已经不能完全满足这个群体的需求。这一群体迫使我国高职教育者们必须选择新的教育管理模式，积极探索适应性的工作方法，以创新性的思维来帮助他们树立正确的学习态度和学习方法。

| Abstract: | College students who were born after 1990s （＂after 90＂） take up the major part in vocational colleges of China; they have tasted the fruits of rapid economic development and enjoyed the superior material condition, so they have a strong identity and social characteristics of the era. The existing students management models and methods in vocational colleges can not fully meet the needs of this group. It is essential for higher vocational educators to select new management model and explore adaptable methods to help students form right study attitude and choose right study methods. |
