| Abstract: | This article elaborates on the reality of imperfect laws and regulations,which gives rise to some problems in labor dispatch.In addition,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of establishing new conception,perfecting laws and regulations as well as enhancing supervision and law enforcement. |
