热油管道安全停输时间数值模拟

摘    要:针对加热原油管道停输后油品、管壁、保温层、防护层及周围介质的相互关系和它们的不稳定传热问题,对埋地管道、架空管道分别提出了热力计算及安全停输时间计算的数学模型.该模型综合考虑了有关物性参数随温度的变化情况.采用保角变换和盒式积分法对上述数学模型进行处理,构造出问题的差分格式,并采用高斯消元法求解差分方程组,得到了问题的数值解,最后附有算例.

Abstract:In light of the interaction between the oil,the pipe wall,the insulating layer,the protective layer and the ambient media and their unstable heat transmission,mathematical models concerning the buried pipeline and aerial pipeline were separately presented for the thermal calculation and maximum allowable solidifying time of shutdown calculation. The models comprehensively consider related physical properties dependent on temperature. By way of conformal transformation and cassette integration,these models can be used to do a series of numerical calculations,and adopting Gaussian elimination can solve these equations and get the numerical solution. In the end,the example of calculation is given.
