D9A型凹底平车动力学性能研究

摘    要:对3D轴焊接构架转向架进行了全面的动力学性能仿真分析,兼顾空重车工况,协调解决了D9A型凹底平车的蛇行运动稳定性与曲线通过性能之间的固有矛盾。依据仿真分析结果,设计生产了3D轴焊接构架转向架样机,并进行了装车(D9A型凹底平车)线路动力学试验。试验结果表明,在132 km/h速度范围内,D9A型凹底平车空重车均未发生蛇行失稳现象,D型凹底平车具有良好的曲线通过性能及优级的运行平稳性。

Abstract:A complete dynamics performance simulation analysis is made on the bogie with 3D axle welding frame,and consideration is given to the empty and loaded working conditions of cars.The inherent contradiction between the hunting motion stability and the curve negotiation performance of the D9A depressed center flat cars is solved.According to the simulation analysis result,the prototype with 3D axle welding frame is designed and produced,and the dynamics on-line test with the bogies mounted on car(D9A depressed center flat car) is carried out.The test results show that there is no unstable hunting with both the empty and loaded D9A depressed center flat car within the speed range of 132 km/h.The D9A depressed center flat car owns good curve negotiation performance and excellent operation stability.
