| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济建设深入，高职院校毕业就业工作面临新形势，新任务。这就使高职院校辅导员在毕业生就业指导工作中扮演着更加重要的角色，在实践中不断探索高职院校辅导员对毕业生就业指导工作的有效方法与途径，有利于提高高职院校毕业生的就业率具有非常重要的现实意义。
