采用快速定量装车系统的铁路货物线装车能力研究

快速定量装车系统在大宗散堆装物料装车站得到了广泛应用,通过研究分析快速定量装车系统的构成及工作原理、列车在装车站的技术作业流程和作业时分标准等,提出采用快速定量装车系统的铁路货物线装车能力计算方法,并以现场常用的装车系统为例研究确定一条装车线的装载能力,意在为合理确定货物线和装车设备数量提供参考,在满足能力需要的前提下,避免投资浪费。研究结论:(1)提出了装车线能力计算公式;(2)煤矿装车线采用装车效率为5 000 t/h的快速定量装车系统时,一条环形装车线年装载能力为2 500万t~2 800万t,一条尽端式装车线年装载能力为2 300万t~2 600万t;(3)煤炭集运站和铁路货场的装车线年装载能力比煤矿装车线提高约10%;(4)提高快速定量装车系统的装车效率是提高装车线能力的有效措施。
