关于铁路客运车站选址的思考

近年来,全国各地陆续开通了一批高铁线路和新站,但部分高铁线路运量增长低于预期,未能实现盈利。参考国内外铁路客运站选址并结合铁路宁波站选址实例,着重从铁路客运站选址,结合站点布设、运营模式,探讨促进铁路运能效益发挥,并在规划引导、站点布局、科技应用、成本控制等方面对完善铁路客运站选址提出了一些建议。

Thoughts on Site Selection for Railway Passenger Stations

In recent years, a series of high-speed rail lines and new stations have been put into operation in the country, some of which failed to make profit due to lower-than-expected passenger volume. With reference to site selection of both domestic and foreign railway passenger stations, and taking site selection of Ningbo Railway Station as an example, this paper discusses ways to promote railway transport efficiency from the respects of railway passenger station location, site setup and operation mode. It puts forward suggestions on how to make a sound site selection for railway passenger stations in planning guidance, site layout, application of science and technology and cost control.
