基于高速铁路电力监控的模拟系统设计与应用

摘    要:为了模拟高铁电力监控系统,先分析了高铁变电所监控系统结构,介绍监控系统特点并进行了选型,然后以高铁变电所监控系统为参照,选用主变、馈线和并补测控装置,采用双光纤自愈环网结构,构建包含最基本单元的电力监控模拟系统,实现变电所控制、保护和监视等功能。模拟系统可作为高铁变电所试验、培训、演练和研究的平台。

Design and Application of Simulation System Based on Electric Supervisory Control System of High-speed Railway

Abstract:In order to simulate the electric supervisory control system of high-speed railway, at first the author analyzes the structure of the system in high-speed railway substation, then illustrates the system characteristic and select the model. Based on the monitoring system of high speed railway transformer, feeder, capacitor and parallel compensation device are selected to construct the smallest simulator system with double optic fiber self-healing ring network. The system is equipped with the functions of system control, protection and monitoring. The simulator system can be applied in high-speed railway substation electrical test, training, drill or research.
