古滑坡傩上清水混凝土桩瓶墙胞工技术

茅台酒厂中华片区位于古滑坡体上，其桩板墙采用清水混凝土，桩间墙板工厂预制，彻底解决了现浇墙板不可避免的对拉孔、筋外露问题；抗滑桩上阶桩柱使用清水模板，并采用将模板直接下放至桩井内的方法，在原地面下完成抗滑桩清水混凝土的施作。针对其施工关键技术，介绍了清水混凝土桩板墙的设计要点、施工方案、难点技术及控制措施。实践表明，采用清水模板井下内置的施工技术，成功地解决了位于挖方区和半挖半填区清水混凝土桩板墙的施工难题。

Bare Concrete Sheet Pile Wall Construction Technology on Ancient Landslide Mass

Moutai Distillery is located on the ancient landslide mass of the Chinese section, bare concrete is used for the sheet pile wall and the wallboards between the piles are prefabrication, which solves the unavoidable problem of the broac- hing and steel bars exposure of cast-in-place wallboard ; the upper pile of the slide-resistant pile uses as-cast formwork with method of placing the formwork directly in the pile well and the construction of bare concrete for slide-resistant pile on origi- nal ground. The key points of design, construction plans, technical difficulties and control measures of bare concrete sheet pile wall are introduced for the key technologies of the construction. Practice indicates that the construction problem of bare concrete sheet pile wall located in excavation area and excavation-fill area is solved successfully with as-cast formwork con-struction technology.
