雁门关隧道破碎围岩施工技术

摘    要:随着我国铁路、高速公路建设的发展,长大隧道施工逐年增加。隧道开挖施工中不可避免的断层破碎带围岩处理施工也越来越多,结合北同蒲取直线雁门关隧道挤压性高地应力破碎围岩施工处理实际,找出施工面临的技术难题,通过技术方案比选及力学分析,提出合理选择预留核心土长度、超前注浆加固、合理布设系统锚杆、双层支护等关键施工控制技术,介绍了破碎围岩施工方法、步骤,对同类隧道工程施工有一定借鉴和推广意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China Railway and highway construction, tunnel construction is increasing year by year. Thus, there come a rising number of inevitable broken surrounding rock treatment constructions. Based on the practice of the treatment broken surrounding rock due to high ground stress of Yanmenguan Tunnel on straightening line of Beitongpu Line, efforts are made to find out the problem. Through scheme comparison and mechanical analysis, the key construction control technologies including reasonable selection of core soil reservation length, pre grouting reinforcement, reasonable distribution of system bolt, double support are proposed and the techniques and procedure of broken rock con- struction are introduced, which could be taken for reference by similar projects.
