摘    要:叠合构件在现代的建筑工程中被大量运用,在设计施工中对其构造和表面特征在《混凝土结构设计规范》中都有详细的规定。但是通过实验对于叠合梁的预制部分,在其上表面进行喷水处理后,发现其承载力与单一质混凝土梁的承载力几乎没有差别。结合实验的实际情况,通过理论的数值计算,并且考虑混凝土的收缩和应力松弛的影响因素,得出在接触表面进行过喷水处理后的叠合构件与实验能很好地相吻合,这就使得叠合梁在的实际运用中既简化了施工难度,也大大降低了造价。

Abstract:Laminated parts are widely used in modem engineering, and there are explicit regulations on its formation and surface quality. However, experiment shows there is no significant difference between the bearing capacity of the prefabrica- ted part composite beam and that of single quality concrete beam after water treatment on the surface. Combined with the re- sult of experiment, theoretical computation prove water spray treatment on contact surface can compliments well with experi- ments, taking the influencing factors of concrete shrinkage and stress relaxation into account. Such evaluation method may bring much convenience in the practical application of the composite beam engineering.
