Analyses and Discussion on Talent Team Construction for Construction Enterprises

The rapid ascension of social economy brings the tremendous development of construction enterprises. The competition between construction enterprises has transferred from direct information technology, management creativity competition to the human resources competition. HR, especially the talented person, has become the most important strategic resources. However, for the current situation of construction enterprise management in China, the loss of talented person has become one of the important problems which restricts the development of construction enterprise. This paper expounds the importance of health management of the talents for construction enterprises, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
