60D40钢轨轨头硬化工艺及工装研究

摘    要:通过对欧洲与日本钢轨的相关标准研究,制定了企业内控标准《道岔钢轨轨头热处理技术条件》(Q/GD009-2010)。设计新型轨头加热感应器、新型通用喷风器,采用正交试验—再次试验—验证试验的方法对60D40钢轨轨头进行了硬化试验。实验结果表明,各项数据均符合标准规定的各质量等级的60D40钢轨技术指标;自主设计的新型轨头加热感应器加热均匀;新型通用轨头冷却喷风器,结构简单,通用性强。

Abstract:Enterprise internal control standard Q/GD 009 -2010 Technical Specification for Hot Treatment of Turnout Rail Head was established based on standards of European and Japanese steel rail. New rail head heating inductor and new universal spray wind device were designed. Hardening test was done on 601940 rail head by means of orthogonal test--retest-- verification test. The test results show that all data conform to quality index of all grades of 60D40 rail the standard specified. Self-designed new rail head heating inductor heats uniformly. Universal rail head cooling spray wind device boasts simple structure and better compatibility.
