摘    要:茅台酒厂技改扩建项目横二路3#桥位于赤水河岸山谷中,地形复杂,设计为一联(4×35)m单箱三室现浇预应力混凝土箱梁,设计纵坡达5.7%,曲线半径仅300 m。结合桥梁的设计和现场地形条件,支架体系经比选后采用梁柱式支架体系;并对梁柱式支架进行设计和计算,采取了多种措施控制因纵坡大产生的纵向水平推力;同时对施工中的关键控制点提出了有针对性的措施。

Abstract:Moutai distillery technical expansion projects cross two road 3 # bridge in Chishui River valley where complex topography is found. The aleagne (35 × 4 ) m single box with 3 rooms cast-in-situ prestressed concrete box girder is de-signed with a slope grade of 5.7% , and curve radius of only 300 m. Combined with the design of the bridge and site terrain conditions, beam and pillar type support is adopted for the support system after comparison. Stent design and calculation is made, and various measures are adopted to control the longitudinal horizontal force. At the same time, for the construction of the key control points of targeted, measures are put forward.
