一次加热AT轨跟端锻造工艺研究

摘    要:对采用60AT(矮型特种断面)轨制造的60 kg/m钢轨道岔尖轨跟端模锻工艺进行了研究,结合50 000 kN锻造设备,提出了三工位一火锻造新工艺,在模具设计上大胆创新,按照不同的工位参数进行计算,设计出跟端模锻模具,并对每个工位的加热温度进行实践研究,通过现场工艺试验,锻造出毛坯跟端。经过锻造温度和工位参数的实践检验,锻造出符合标准要求的高质量产品。应用此工艺锻造的尖轨跟端产品经多次改进成型后,其外观质量、项点尺寸、机械性能、内部组织等均符合道岔制造验收标准要求。

Abstract:Research is carried out on the 60 kg/m turnout switch rail made of 60AT ( AT profile) heel forging process. Combined with 50 000 kN forging equipment, the paper comes up with a new process of one time heating in three steps and bold innovation is made in mould designing. Calculation of the different step parameters is made to design mould forging of heel of switch and practice research is made on heating temperature in every step. Through on site process test, the heel of blank pieces is forged. According to the test of forging temperature and step parameters, the forged high quality products can meet standard requirements. With times of improvement, the heel of switch used this forging process can meet the requirements of turnout manufacturing acceptance standard in appearance quality, item dimensions, mechanical capacity, and internal organization.
