摘    要:随着铁路建设的发展,以及跨区间无缝线路的广泛应用,越来越多的长大跨度桥上铺设无缝线路。长大跨度桥上无缝线路受力、变形复杂且受线路条件影响很大,在设计中轨道、线路和桥梁专业相互制约,若协调不好会影响整体项目设计。为此,基于桥上无缝线路检算的要求,结合工程案例和设计中出现的问题,对长大跨度桥上钢轨伸缩调节器的设计进行分析,并阐述了特殊地段桥上无缝线路设计注意事项。

Abstract:With the development of railway construction and wide application of trans-section continuous welded rail (CWR), more and more CWR tracks are laying on long span bridges. However, the force and deformation are very com- plex and the system is greatly influenced by the line condition. In design, track, line and bridge are interactively related with one another and all the aspects play an important role in the overall project design. Based on the check-calculation re- quirements of CWR on bridge, combined with practical engineering and problems occurred in design, this paper analyzes the design of rail expansion joint on large span bridge and describes the design precautions of CWR on bridge in special sec- tion.
