| 摘 要： | 本文报道了大骨节病患儿、非患儿、服硒病区儿童及其非病区儿童的血浆、尿硒和硒的肾脏血浆廓清率,结果表明:病区儿童血浆、尿硒明显低于非病区儿童,但硒的血浆廓清率无显著性差异,病区反而有增高趋势;服硒病区儿童尽管血浆、尿硒升高,但血浆廓清率并未相应增高;同一病区的患儿不但尿硒低于非患儿,而且血浆廓清率亦低。

| Abstract: | Plasmic and urinary selenim contents and renalplasma clearances of selenium (Cse) in patientssuffering form Kashin--Beck discase (KBD) and nor-mal children from KBD affected area, non--affectedarea and Sc--supplied endemioc area were determinedThe results showed that the plasmic and urinaty Sc con-tents in endemic children were sigificantly iower than those in non--endemic ones, while Cse scemed similarbetween them and it had a tendency of incrcase in en-demic children though the two parameters mentionedabove in endcmic children supplied Sc--fortifed salt in-crcased strikingy, Cse unchanged, and not only theurinary Se contents but also Cse weresignifcantly lower in patients than thhose in the sameaged normal children from same the village. |
