摘    要:随着城市建设步伐的加快,不可避免地会出现邻近地铁线路的多个基坑同时施工的情况。为确保既有地铁线路结构及运营安全,有必要研究邻近地铁线路的多个基坑同时开挖对地铁线路结构产生的叠加效应。上海长泰国际广场项目和浦东软件园三期A1地块综合商业配套项目分别位于上海轨道交通2号线金科路站两侧,两个项目的基坑同时施工,对比分析了施工阶段对桩基、围护、加固、基坑开挖、地下室回筑等进行监测的数据,在此基础上分析了邻近基坑开挖对2号线金科路站车站及附近隧道结构变形的叠加效应,并制定了有效的监护方案及防护措施。

Abstract:With the rapid pace of urban development,the simultaneous construction of multiple foundations adjacent to metro lines is inevitable.In order to ensure the structure and operation safety of the existing subway line,it is necessary to study the superposed effect of adjacent foundation pits and develop a targeted monitoring proposal.By data comparative analysis of Changtai International Plaza and Shanghai Pudong Software Park Phase Ⅲ,such as piling,maintenance,reinforcement,excavation and backfilling in the pit foundation process,a research is conducted on the superposed effect on Jinke Station of Shanghai Metro Line 2,followed by a targeted monitoring and maintenance scheme.
