Design of Metro Voltage Sensor Detection System

The working principles of resistive sensor and Hall voltage sensor are introduced.According to their characteristics,a voltage sensor detection system that can test both the resistive sensor and Hall sensor is designed,the hardware circuit and software design of this system are described in detail.The hardware circuit consists of temperature data acquisition circuit,AD data acquisition circuit,clock set circuit,keyboard settings,motor speed control circuit and heating wire control circuit,while in the software design,the monolithic voltage signals are transferred to PC machine after analog-to-digital conversion and comparison calculation,finally to display the real-time curve graphs and back-office functions of voltage signal.
