城市轨道交通网络化运营时期关键行车设备管理若干问题研究

为了应对城市轨道交通网络化运营时期关键行车设备运维中遇到的一些问题,提出了"基于测量测试分析的改善性预修模式、基于评估的预知性维修体系和综合化设备管理"的理念。详细阐述了该理念的内涵,以及上海轨道交通的运营实践经验。实践表明,基于该理念的关键行车设备运维方法的实施,有力地改善了设备管理的质量和经济成本等指标,为迎接"十三五"期间超大规模城市轨道交通网络运营做好了准备。

On Problems in Key Equipment Management during Urban Rail Networking Operation

To deal with the problems in key equipment operation and maintenance during urban rail networking operation,a concept is proposed,including the modified pre maintenance mode based on measurement analysis,the predictive maintenance system and the integrated equipment management based on assessment.The philosophy of the concept and experiences of Shanghai rail transit operation are elaborated,and practice shows that the implementation of the concept in key equipment operation and maintenance has effectively improved the quality of equipment management and adequately met the economic cost index,thus a solid foundation is laid for the large scale rail transit networking operation in the 13th Five-Year period.
