城市轨道交通车站物业开发的配电设计

摘    要:分析了城市轨道交通车站物业开发配电设计现状,明确了设计的关键是物业业态(模式)及其对应的负荷计算。一般车站物业开发配电预留电源可采用独立配置的物业跟随式降压变电所,也可采用0.4 k V低压侧共享方式。通过研究在低压侧共享电源时物业开发容量对变压器容量的影响,阐明了不同业态对应的计算方法和面积划分原则,并分析了地铁车站物业开发配电设计需要注意的问题。

Abstract:The present situation of power distribution design method for commercial load at subway station is analyzed,the business mode of property development and the corresponding load calculation are explicitely to be the key to the distribution design.Impact on the capacity of distribution transformer is studied when the commercial load shares the capacity of distribution transformer at a subway station,and the o.4kv low voltage sharing mode could also be adopted.Principles of area partition and calculation of different bussiness modes are proposed to calculate the commercial load at subway station.Finally,some problems in power distribution design for commercial development at subway station are discussed.
