摘    要:根据以往研究成果以及宁波市轨道交通1、2号线已建地铁车站深基坑及周边建筑物变形的监测数据,认为建筑物与基坑之间的距离以及建筑物抵抗变形的能力是影响基坑外建筑物安全的主要因素。提出了城市轨道交通深基坑周边建筑物安全的评判方法。与风险评估方法不同,该方法更侧重于对基坑外建筑物安全的评估,评判结果更为严格与合理,可为邻近轨道交通深基坑的建筑物保护提供参考。

Abstract:According to previous research achievements and the measured deformation data from the constructed deep foundation pits of the stations and surrounding buildings on Ningbo urban rail transit Line 1 and Line 2,the distance between buildings and foundation pit,the resistance of buildings against deformation are considered as the major factors that affect the safety of buildings.Based on this conclusion,a safety evaluation method is presented for buildings around the deep foundation pit of urban rail transit.The proposed method is different from risk assessment,it can provide a reference for the protection of buildings adjacent to deep foundation pit of rail transit with stricter and more reasonable evaluation.
