摘    要:设计了一个用于仿真地铁列车牵引制动性能的小型试验台,该试验台能够模拟地铁列车起动加速、惰行和制动过程。其以计算机为控制核心,通过Lab VIEW软件和数据采集设备实现人机交互,采用变频器控制电机转速和方向的方法实现地铁列车起动加速和惰行的模拟,采用程控电源及制动夹钳装置控制电动推杆的方法实现地铁列车制动的模拟。整个装置成本低、体积小、质量轻、运行稳定流畅,较好地实现了人机交互和计算机自动控制功能。

Abstract:In this paper,a new type of test bench is designed to simulate the traction and brake performances of metro trains,such as the process of starting,acceleration and braking.Using computer as the core control of the system,the test bench employs LabVIEW software and data acquisition equipment to achieve human-computer interaction.Also,frequency converter is used to control the speed and direction of the motor for the simulation of metro train traction and coasting process,programmable power supply and breaking device are used to realize the simulation of metro train breaking process.This integrated design has advantages of low cost,small size,light weight,stable and smooth operation,and could realize friendly man-machine interaction and automatic computer control.
