基于对照表焓差法的轻轨车辆空调机组制冷量测试方法

承建的海外轻轨车辆项目由于受当地施工条件、检修场地、检修周期等因素限制,在架修过程中无法对空调机组制冷量进行准确地测试。因此,针对出口中东某轻轨车辆架修项目,提出了一种基于对照表焓差法的车辆空调机组制冷量测试方法,通过该方法实现了对空调机组制冷量的测试与计算。实例测试与计算结果表明,该方法能够简便、直观、准确地评价机组制冷量,确保空调系统能安全、可靠、稳定地运行。

Test Method for Refrigerating Volume of LRT Vehicle Air Condition Unit Based on Enthalpy

Due to the limitation of local construction envi-ronment,maintenance site and maintenance cycle,it is diffi-cult to test the refrigeration volume of the air conditioning unit accurately in the process of oversea light rail transit ve-hicle repairing.For the repair project of the LRT vehicle exported to a country in the Middle East,an optimization method of enthalpy difference is proposed in this article. The test and calculation of the air conditioning refrigera-tion volume are realized by applying this method.The ex-periment results show that the optimization method used to evaluation the air conditioning refrigeration volume is sim-ple,intuitive and accurate,it can ensure safe and reliable operation of the air conditioning system.
