独立路权下的有轨电车与快速道路公交运营成本对比分析

城市在发展中运量交通运输方式时,通常面临有轨电车和快速道路公交的选择问题。基于运营成本的角度分析比选两者的差异性,综合考虑车辆的购置费用、车小时运营费用、车公里运营费用以及与线路相关的固定成本等,分别构建了有轨电车与快速道路公交运营成本计算模型,结合国内外运营的实际数据对模型相关参数进行标定。采用实际案例对比分析了两种运输方式在同一通道上的运营费用支出,对客流量、运营速度等相关参数进行了敏感性分析,得出两种不同交通方式的适用条件,可为城市交通相关规划和运营部门提供决策依据。

Operating Cost Comparison and Analysis of Modern Tramway with Independent Right of Way and Bus Rapid Transit System

When developing a medium capacity traffic system in a city,the choice of light rail transit or bus rapid transit has to be considered.An operating cost-based comparison is made between the two systems in considering the purchase cost of vehicles,vehicle-hour and vehicle-mile operating cost and other fixed cost about transit lines.An operating-based calculating model is built and relevant parameters are marked in combination with the actual operating data in China and foreign countries.Then,a practical example is used to test the model and calculate the cost,the passenger volume and operating speed of the two systems on the same traffic aisle,applicable conditions of modern tramway and bus rapid transit are obtainen by a sensitivity analysis.This research prvides support for traffic planning and operating department decisions.
