| 摘 要： | 以广州海珠有轨电车试验线车辆轮对旋修为例,介绍了独立轮转向架移动式不落轮镟修工艺原理,分析了现代有轨电车转向架的特点、架车机设备的功能,以及架车工装、镟修定位夹紧工装的选型要求,给出了独立轮转向架移动式不落轮旋修工艺流程。

| Abstract: | The mobile wheel lathing procedure for Haizhu Modern Tram bogie with independent wheels in Guangzhou City is taken as an example,the technical principle of wheel lathing is introduced,the characteristics of bogie,functions of lifting jacks,lathing positioning and clamping tools,as well as the selection of lathing machine are analyzed,a mobile wheel lathing process for bogie with independent wheels is provided. |
