| 摘 要： | 行程开关是城市轨道交通车辆车门系统安全控制回路中的关键部件,由于使用频率高、结构复杂,容易发生故障,导致车门系统故障率居高不下。针对车门行程开关故障问题,从行程开关的功能和结构方面分析故障原因,并给出改进方案及规范化设计建议。

| Abstract: | Travel switch plays an important role in the con-trol circuit of door system for the safety operation of urban rail transit vehicle.Due to the frequent use,the complex structure and the frequently occurred faults,the high failure rate of vehicle door system remains a big problem.In this paper,the problem of door travel switch failure is studied from aspects of the functions and structures of the door travel switch,some improvement measurements are pro-posed. |
