| 摘 要： | 非接触网专业的人员在线路维修时,其部分作业需组织接触网停电并挂地线。梳理了这类作业不同组织方式的作业流程,结合作业主体及作业组织方式列举了不同的作业方案。详细分析了各方案的优缺点,并从安全性、效率和经济性等方面对各方案进行了对比。最后,对线路运营初期和逐步成熟时期的施工方法提出建议。

| Abstract: | When the lay persons work in catenary maintenance,the power supply must be cut off with ground wire hanging on the catenary.In this paper,the operation procedure of different organization modes are untangled by referring to different working bodies and organization modes.The advantages and disadvantages of each working scheme is analyzed and compared from safety,efficiency and economic aspects.Finally,proposals for the construction scheme in the initial operation and maturation periods are put forward. |
