| 摘 要： | 继承与创新、教育与管理、重心与重点、刚性与柔性是当前我院学生工作中几个深层次的辩证关系。为贯彻落实国家教育方针和学院党委总体发展思路,进一步提高学生综合素质,开创我院学生工作的新局面,我们必须深入思考和正确处理这几个辩证关系。

| Abstract: | There exists a deep level dialectical relationship between inheritance and innovation,education and management,emphasis and focus,rigidity and tenderness in the students' management work in our col- lege.We need to deeply consider and properly treat these relations in order to implement the national education- al policies and the college's development orientation,further improve the students' integrated constitutions and open up a new situation of the students' management work in our college. |
