摘    要:通过分析电机在驱动与制动工况给吊杆球铰额外增加的径向载荷,确立相关载荷的疲劳试验载荷谱,阐述了如何将设计输入条件进行分析和计算,把产品的仿真计算结果转化为具体的疲劳试验载荷条件的过程和相关方法.载荷谱的处理具有较高的工程应用价值.

Abstract:Through analyzing the extra loads on reaction rod ball joint under axle-hung motor driving and braking condition,the radial fatigue load spectrum was established.This article illustrated the way of analyzing and calculating initial design conditions,and the way of translating the simulation results into the fatigue loads was also presented.The process of load spectrum was high applied value.
