销孔间隙对六四式铁路军用梁整体稳定性的影响分析

摘    要:六四式铁路军用梁因构造需要存在一定的销孔间隙,这些间隙的存在使六四式铁路军用梁比一般钢结构的力学行为复杂。研究销孔间隙对六四式铁路军用梁的整体稳定性影响,有助于确定结构的真实受力状态。根据六四式铁路军用梁的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立不同跨度、片数和层数的计算模型,结合结构稳定理论进行分析计算。对比有无销孔间隙变位结构的临界应力,得到销孔间隙变位对不同跨度、层数和片数的六四式军用梁整体稳定性的影响。结果表明,对于单层或双层六四梁,当所用片数大于3片时,销孔间隙对稳定承载力的影响均小于5%,可以不考虑;但是当所用片数为2片或者1片时,此时必须考虑销孔间隙对稳定性的影响。

Abstract:There is pinhole clearance because of the configuration of Type-64 Military Railway Beams,owing to which the mechanical behavior of Type-64 Military Railway Beams is more complicated than that of other ordinary steelstructures.As a result,it is necessary to study the overall stability of Type-64 Military Railway Beams so as to help determine the actual condition of structures under the action of forces.According to the structural characteristics of Type-64 Military Railway Beams,various forms of computing models of different spanning lengths,different numbers of beams,and different stories are established in the light of the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and analytically calculated according to the theory of structural stability.Through comparing the critical stress of different structures with and without pinhole clearance deformation,the effects of pinhole clearance deformation on the overall stability of various forms of Type-64 Beams are obtained in the paper.The research results show that as far as the single or double-story Type-64 Beams are concerned,when the number of fins is more than three,the effect of the pin-hole clearance on the stability capacity is no more than 5% and therefore can be ignored;however,when the number of fins is 2 or 1,the impact of the pin-hole clearance on the stability capacity has to be considered.
