超高性能混凝土钢桥面铺装疲劳性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究新型超高性能混凝土钢桥面铺装结构的疲劳性能,采用五点加载复合梁疲劳试验对其进行测试.参照常规复合梁试验方法,结合新型铺装结构特点,对试件尺寸、应力水平和破坏准则进行了修正.试验结果表明,该新型铺装结构疲劳性能优良,环氧黏结层首先发生疲劳破坏,试验过程中复合梁刚度没有明显退化,试验结束后试件仍保持较高的剩余承载力.通过试验获得了适用于该种新型铺装结构梁的疲劳S-N曲线,可为同类钢桥面铺装设计提供参考.

Abstract:In order to study the fatigue performance of the new ultrahigh performance concrete steel deck pavement structure, a five-point loading composite beam fatigue test is used to test it. Referring to the conventional composite beam test method, combined with the structure characteristics of the new pavement, the specimen size, stress level and failure criteria are modified. The result shows that the new pavement structure has the excellent fatigue performance. The fatigue failure occurs first in the epoxy bonded layer. The stiffness of the composite beam does not significantly deteriorate during the test. After the test, the specimen still maintains a higher residual bearing capacity. The fatigue S-N curve suitable for this new type of pavement structure beam is obtained through the experiments, which can provide a reference for the design of the similar steel bridge deck pavement.
