路面裂缝修复中改性聚氯氨酯与SBS改性沥青物理性能研究

摘    要:为了探究路面裂缝修复中改性聚氯氨酯与SBS改性沥青物理性能,通过疲劳试验与抗渗试验对两种材料进行对比分析,结果表明;改性聚氯氨酯与SBS改性沥青两种材料作为路面裂缝的补料均可满足路面的路用性能需求.改性聚氯氨酯材料在修复路面裂缝后的疲劳期相对于SBS改性沥青材料的要短,并且SBS改性沥青材料的抗疲劳性能更强.对于抗渗能力,两种材料的抗渗等级一致.改性聚氯氨酯材料的耐水压力与渗水压力相对于SBS改性沥青材料更大.

Abstract:In order to study the physical properties of modified polychloromethane and SBS modified asphalt in repair of pavement cracks, these two materials are compared and analyzed by the fatigue test and impermeability test. The results show that these two materials of modified polychloromethane and SBS modified asphalt can all meet the performance requirements of pavement as the repairing materials of pavement cracks. The fatigue period of modified polychloromethane is shorter than SBS modified asphalt after the repair of pavement cracks, and the anti-fatigue performance of SBS modified asphalt material is stronger. For the impermeability, the impervious grade of two materials is same. The water pressure resistance and the water seepage pressure of modified polychloromethane material are larger than SBS modified asphalt material.
