摘    要:基于5M模型的安全分析方法不仅可以应用于轨道交通,也可以应用于日益复杂的整个城市道路交通系统安全分析、特别是针对道路交通环境、设施的建设与维护。

Abstract:For safety assurance, it is necessary to analyze the increasingly complex transit system in order to determine and control its safety risk. By analyzing the safety function of urban rail transit, the elements and its relationship of a safety 5M Model are put forward. Taking the temporary speed restriction as an example, the functional resonance analysis method is used to analyze the safety and to identify the safety influencing factors of temporary speed restriction. The results show that the safety analysis method based on 5M Model can comprehensively identify the elements affecting the system safety and its interrelation. The complete safety control measures are specially put forward. Also it is indicated that the safety analysis method based on 5M Model can be used for the safety assessment of the road traffic system.
