大跨度钢结构箱梁跨铁路吊装

摘    要:为缓解天津港的交通压力,东环立交桥完善工程的新建两个匝道需跨越进港铁路专线。其中跨铁路部分的钢箱梁吊装总长度256.6m,总质量527t,曲率半径120m。为不影响铁路运输而又方便施工,对施工方案进行了比选和优化,并对分段钢箱梁的吊点和吊装临时支墩进行了设计验算;介绍了整个安全吊装过程和提出了今后类似工程的建议。实践证明:设计方案及吊装技术是成功的。

Abstract:To relieve the pressure of traffic at Tianjin Port,two new ramps across access railway line of the Donghuan overpass bridge shall be built,including the part across railway,the total length of lifting and installation of steel box beam is 256.6m,the total weight is 527 t and curvature radius is 120 m.For the convenience of transportation,the comparison and optimization for construction scheme was carried out.The temporary supporting pier at the lifting points and installation of sectional steel box beam was designed and calculated.This paper introduces the whole process of safely lifting and installation of box beams,and put forward some suggestions for the future same works.Practice shows that the design proposal,lifting and installation technology of steel box beam are successful.
