| 摘 要： | 通过对差压式直读ＢＯＤ测定仪的改造和操作方法的改善，使仪器的灵敏度提高到改造前的六倍多，最大灵敏度可达２５ｍｍ／（ｍｇ·Ｌ＾－１）；同时仪器的精密度也有很大提高，在最大灵敏度下同一水样的水行测试变异系数仅为±３．１％；不仅能测定高ＢＯＤ值的水样，而且对ＢＯＤ值小于３ｍｇ／Ｌ的样品也能得以可靠测量，扩大了该仪器的使用范围，提高了仪器的使用效率。
