| Abstract: | The operating characteristics of public transport industry determine that the industry cannot be operated as a regular commercial operation, but as a part of urban public services. To build an efficient and high quality public transport system relies on a muhilayer management system of public policy, industry administration and enterprise management. This paper evaluates common management methods home and abroad in terms of operation body and competition pattern in the market, discusses theirs operation environment and adaptability, and provides a useful reference for selecting the suitable pattern of public transport operation. |
