高速公路隧道灾害事件检测新方法及应用研究

在分析传统的隧道消防安全系统的基础上,总结了传统的高速公路隧道灾害事件检测方法存在的问题。为此提出了基于视频的灾害事件检测分析技术——视频图像火灾探测报警、灾害事件检测、CCTV三合一整合系统。并在模拟长江隧道实体隧道和秦岭终南山公路隧道中做了大量试验。结果表明,该系统有自学习能力;抗污染能力很强,在接近70%～80%模拟油污和灰尘的减光率条件下,依然能够有效探测火焰;具有综合防灾决策判断能力;且兼容性很好,可以与高速公路隧道CCTV系统、传统的火灾探测报警系统有机结合。

A New Detection Method and Application for Expressway Tunnel Accidents and Disasters

Based on analyzing traditional fire control and security system of tunnels, the shortcomings of traditional method of detecting accidents and disasters in expressway tunnel were summarized. A video-based technology for detecting and analyzing accidents and disasters was offered. It is an integrated system whose functions include fire video image detection and alarm, accident and disaster detection, and CCTV (a three-in-one integrated system). Lots of experiments in the mock or real tunnel of the Yangtze River and that of Qinling Zhongnan Mountain were performed. It indicates that this system has the following advantages: (1)be able to learn by itself; (2) good anti-pollution: it can still detect the fire effectively even in the case of the dark of 70%~80% mock smear and dust; (3) multi-judgment of accident  and disaster prevention; (4) good compatibility: be able to combine the CCTV system of expressway tunnel and traditional fire detecting and alarm system.
